Every OTTR piece is custom-made, printed fresh, and shipped securely to arrive in perfect condition.

Production Time

• Prints and frames: 1–3 business days
• Larger framed pieces may take an extra day for inspection

Shipping Times

• USA: 3–7 business days
• Australia: 4–9 business days
• UK & EU: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Transit times may vary depending on local carriers.

Packaging

We ship using rigid, protective packaging with reinforced corners and discreet exterior wrapping. Frames use shatter-proof plexiglass for added safety.
