Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Email support@getottr.com within 7 days
• Include your order number and photos

We’ll replace it immediately, no hassle.

Change of Mind

All prints are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This helps us reduce waste and maintain quality.

Lost Parcels

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and replace your order once confirmed lost.
